光華一路(管路漏水抓漏、浴廁整修)

施工內容：
因業主先前浴室進行整修，前一工班於管路配置處發生漏水情事
且因故無法前往現場處理，故業主另行妥託代為處理管路及整修
舊有壁磚打除，更換為冠軍25*33cm壁磚，25*25地磚
管路重新配置，衛浴設備因尚為新品，故全數保留使用
